Whats new in SAP NetWeaver 7.0 & 2004s(Abappers perspective) compared to R3

Hi Abappers,

I am new to SAP Netweaver 7.0 and even SAP Netweaver 2004, most of my ABAP experience has been with SAP R3 4.6 and 4.7, can you point me in the right direction...I want to know whats new for abappers in SAP Netweaver 7.0?, whats important?, what should I know? and can you point me to any tutorials or articles to get more perspective on SAP Netweaver 7.0 etc.
