xCelsius Integration in SAP portal

Former Member

Hi BO XI 3.1 - experts,

we try open the xCelsius application (not a specific dashboard but the application from its starting point) via SAP NW Portal. We already succeeded to integrate specific xCelsius reports, but not the application itself.

Does anybody know what we need to do?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Carolin Buchberger

Hi,

Xcelsius Designer is a Windows full client software - not a browser based web client.

Hi Ingo,

we would like to start Xcelsius from our Citrix, so we do not really use it based on our own local client. Would this integration be possible somehow? Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Citrix is not a portal. So you want to install it on Citrix or are we really talking about SAP Enterprise Portal here ?

Hi Ingo,

we currently start Xcelsius through our Citrix, viz. not from our local computer. That's why I would like to know if there's a possibility to start it in the portal from this server or would you recommend to open it (like the BEx query designer) locally without any portal integration?

Thanks in advance,

Carolin

Hi Carolin,

the Xcelsius Designer is a FULL CLIENT Software and not a web client.
