Need Help For NERC Compliance

Will SAP GRC Support the below mentioned ?? this is to get compliant with NERC and OEB

A comprehensive Compliance Management information system (u201CCMSu201D) that:

Retains all regulatory obligations (i.e. requirements) and their sources;

Identifies the accountable business unit and individual for each requirement

Tracks actual compliance; and

Produces reports.

What couold be the architecture and SAP GRC componentes to be used.
