Has anyone noticed when sending a scheduled report instance to Excel that the report header is missed off?
I've recently upgraded to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP2 and am attempting to send a scheduled report to a destination of smtp and of a format of Microsoft Excel (97-2003), not the Data only option. It does correctly send the Excel workbook but the column headers are now missing. I say 'now missing' as they used to be there when I scheduled from Crystal Enterprise 9 which was only last week and the report has not changed.
Is there a setting that can be toggled to include or exclude report header information in exported reports? Is this a known issue with a known fix?
