Hello,
We are in CRM7.0 web ui.
When we try to create service ticket and clicking partners link , we are getting exception.
"Worker session error in session initialization (SAM_QUEUE NOT SET )"
Can anyone tell how to set queue value for SAM_SESS_QUEUE in SICF?

Please check the "User Type" in SU01D. It should be Dialog.

did you check, whether the services are active:
/Nsicf
/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/
sam_sess_queue and sam_notifying
and the polling profile is defined with polling frequence:
/Nspro
->Interaction Center WebClient
->Basic Functions
->Define Context Area Profile
there "Define Polling Profile"

Thanks Hakan for the tip, but when i've checked there was a Polling Profile created as "DEFAULT_IC"
What should i do now? Shold i create a Z polling profile?
I've assigned CONTEXTPROFILE to my business role but regarding your post, what i nedd is the polling profile wich is not present into the BR configuration.
