I have a requirment where my client needs hover effect on ess area groups.Like when you hover on My Pay link then it should show all the other link in the hierarchy in a small window similar to AJAX based application.if anyone has done this kind of development please assist.
Does anyone have any idea which framework is used for showing ESS overview page.Like is it a ja2ee application or Webdynpro java or FPM?

Hi Shankar,
I have no idea about your first requirement regarding "Hover effect". But, I do know that the ESS Overview page is configured in the R/3 system in IMG SPRO tcode. There you get so many areas were you can declare the Area, Subareas, pages, Services, Resources, confirmation links etc. And in whole the ESS Package was developed using Webdynpro Java and they also used FPM as a standard framework throughout all the application in ESS.
I hope this might be of some help for you.
Regards,
Gopal.
