RFQ Release Doesnu2019t Run

Dear colleagues,

I have configured release strategy for RFQ with predefined release class for PO. In classification, besides PO characteristics, RFQ has only one active characteristic which is order type as u201CANu201D. RFQ is created through ME41 then Maintained through ME47. After all steps are completed RFQ doesn't release for approval. I checked CL24N, CL20N and OMGSCK and no error message is to be seen.

I would like to hear your valuable thoughts.

Best regards,

    Hello Metin,

Check for you release prerequisites and correct release indicators under release statuses and then simulate it.

In case you have done all these settings correct then:

How many characteristics are you using for PO rel. st. As you have mentioned that you are using only one for RFQ which is Document type. As while maintaining classification data for release strategy you would need to maintain Blank value for all other characteristic values which exists under classification data. Do this and then create test data release strategy will trigger.

    regards,

    Prashant Rathore.
