Helo, in the table SWWWIHEAD, if i have a WI_ID for which the fields type are set to 'W' and WI_RH_TASK to 'COMPLETED', does it mean that the corresponding SC has already been approved?

Else if WI_TYPE = 'F' and WI_RH_TASK = 'COMPLETED', what does it mean? (for the shopping cart)
