I have three different reports in three different sheets in same workbook. When I publish books it create a pdf document with separate pages for each worksheet. I want to publish them in a continuous manner in which if the first report finishes in the middle the second report should also published on the same page.

Hi A.K,
You cannot publish reports with conditions! The reports are adjusted as per the space! As Vadim suggested you can put all the 3 reports in one sheet, adjust the font size, zoom size of excel and then Print Preview the Excel to see how it will be seen in PDF! But as you said the rows vary and so the reports will adjust as per that....so I would suggest you too keep the 3 reports on 3 different sheet only....as per now.

JP

Just combine all 3 reports on the same worksheet - it's easy!

Reports are not fixed. Each report has different number of columns and different dimension in page axis. One dimension entity is same and used in all three reports which is variable so number of rows is not static they keep changing with different entity. I am also using comments in the last column of the reports. My first report has 4 columns and second has 6 columns. In both reports last columns is Comment column. if I place them on the same worksheet and change the entity dimension. the last column of second report stays there and rest of the report move up or down depending on the number of rows.
