How system is calculting KF LOSTCUSTOMERDEMANDMEAN with expected lost demand operator?

Hi, I have the inputs necesary for this operator, PBR, TIP, TLeadTime, IOForecast, IOForecastCV and this execution was then Multi-stage Global Inventory

I have sum the template with Input and OutPut in the CustomerFace Node with a only CustomerGroup TSL 95% and nothing Holding Cost.

Any information how exactly Average Expedities is getting calculated will be appreciated.

Hi,

Key figure LOSTCUSTOMERDEMANDMEAN Average Expedites at planning level WKPRODLOCCUSTGROUP calculated.

Expected quantity of demand at customer facing node that cannot be met from planned inventory when demand is greater than what is covered by target service level.

Expected Demand Loss (LOST SALES IO algorithm type) Calculates the expected lost demand quantity under given inventory plans and demand distribution.

Yes, This KF has that planning level WKPRODLOCCUSTGROUP and SUM aggegation.

I agree that KF is calculated with Lost Sales IO algorithm-Expected Demand Loss

Operator, but It´s necessary to understand the calculation performed by the algorithm or the impact of the inputs on KF LOSTCUSTOMERDEMANDMEAN Average Expedites.

For example, I include an image another scenario and I cannot decode this result.
