Update Crystal 11 to latest version

Hello,

Apologies for such an elementary question.

How do i go about upgrading my Crystal 11 version 11.0.0.1282 to the latest version of release 2?

I find all sap websites extremely diffiuclt to navigate and information is difficult to find.

Login to SAP Community and go to that link and you will be able to download the crystal report XI R2.

Hi,

I need to clarify, what file(s) exactly do I need to download?

crxir2win_sp5.exe needed service pack 4

crxir2_sp4_incremental.exe needed an earlier service pack

strange that there doesnt apear to be a single file? Or if there is I couldn't find it.

Go to this link: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc and download the trial version of CR XI R2 and use your XI keycode, then apply the patches which you can get toby clicking on the BusinessObjects tab above, then Downloads.
