Flowgraph History Preserving not accepting Valid To Setting Date HANA Express 2.0 SPS03

Hi,
I have a situation with the latest WebIDE where i am unable to enter any valid date in a date fields in a Flowgraph HistoryPreserving transform. If anyone has a solution i would appreciate to hear from you

Environment : Web IDE for HANA 2 SPS 03 Patch 2 ( Build 4.3.25 )

I am attempting to build the History Preserving Flowgraph from SAP HANA Academy Video : Web IDE & Flowgraphs_History Preserving Transform [2.0 SPS 00 ]

The HistoryPreserving transform will not accept any date in the field New Record under Valid to Settings whether it is selected from the Calendar or entered by hand.

The error message is
'Valid To' new record setting is not provided or not a valid date ( error code 1303 )
