How to add EANS in MM46

Hi Expert,

Anyone can please guide me how to add EANS in MM46?

Iu2019m trying to add EANS to some articles using transaction MM46 but it is not working. Our EAN category is ZS, I thought if I made the category ZS in all articles then the EAN would be automatically generated.

Please anyone can help..
