Import ABAP Error

Hello All,

I have been trying to install SAP IDES 6.0 with oracle as DB. I'm facing an error at import abap phase. please find the error below:

I have gone through various forums on this error. Tried following various suggestions like restarting Oracle, checking the SAPSSEXC.TSK .... but I'm still facing this error. Can anyone please help me solving this issue.
