Mixed costing

Hi,

I want standard cost with mixed costing ratios(weighed average of production versions) i created productions and assigned material master and created mixed ration with ck94 but when i am runing standard cost it is taking production version 1 default.

What is missing for taking average of 3 production versions?

Hi Mangalraj,

I am unable to see the Weighted Average Standard Cost and standard cost for cost run. i have done following steps

1. we have created 3 production versions and assigned in MRP veiw.

2. created 1 procurement alternative (Procurement) vendor & p.org given.

3. Mintioned the mixed ratios (ck94) PV1 20% PV230% PV25% Procurement 25%

4.Maintained costing version (OKYD) Costing versio 1, cositng type 01, valuation variant ZCP qty structure ZMIX.

5. Standard cost run CK11n

But i am getting standard cost for production version 1 only. where i will get the weighed average stanadard cost?

Is it required to activate the spilt valuation?

Hi,

You have to define the procurement Alternatives using TCode CK91N. Also, the Quantity Structure Type needs to be maintained.
