Need clarification

Difference between VTTK -TDLNR ( Forwading Agent/Vendor ) and VBPA -LIFNR

Forwading Agent

One who carries the material from delivering plant and delivers the cargo to consignee

Vendor

One who carries out job work / sub contract process for any manufacturing plant

Actually my question was

When we define Forwading agent

1. Say TRPAG using vendor creation T Code XK01 and a customised account grp say ZTRP

2.So the forwading agent will also be a vendor

3. So whether the DATA IN VTTK-TDLNR and VBPA-LIFNR for WHERE VBPA-VBELN EQ VBRK-VBELN BE SAME OR NOT

Is one who arranges the Carrier for the goods to reach customer from the Plant.

Vendor:

From whom we procure material
