Unable to save docx/xlsx file type document attachment in SAP Work Manager 6.4 application

Hello Experts,

we are using Work Manager 6.4 application with work order level attachment(DMS document). we are able to Save document attachments other than docx and xlsx file extension documents. but we are able to open docx and xlsx files and getting error while trying to save the files in device.

Please find below screenshots for the same.

while Saving we are getting below error,

Kindly help here if any configuration/settings are needed to resolve the above issue.

Hi Jana,

There could be an issue with the file and it is corrupted, you may be able open it on your PC but when you request it from the WM client there could be corrupted binary file gets downloaded and you are not able save or open from the client. Can you provide us with the SAP Add-On version you are using for WM 6.4 application and if possible provide us the file you are testing with, so that we can try internally and see if we can re-produce the issue.
