Hi Abhilash,

Thank you for a reply to my query. Follow your instruction 1 to 3 and get this result and I can not able to apply your 4 number instruction. How to get results from the above image? My crystal report version is 13_0_21

Thanks

Hi Saeed,

1. Add the Emp code, Emp Name, Designation and Date of Joining as the four Row fields of the Crosstab.

2. Add the Calendar Date field as the Crosstab's column. If it's datatype is 'date/datetime', set it to print for 'each day' from the Group options in the crosstab

3. Add the Status field (the field that shows P, H, L etc) as the Crosstab's summary and set its sum function as 'Maximum'

4. You'd then need to add Calculated Columns to show the Totals for P, A, L etc.
