Hi.
Ass we all know a BPM uses soem resources.
My question is now the following.
If I use a Wait step in my BPM and makes the process wait for lets say 1 hour.
Will the BPM be using all the resources during that time or will it go down in some idle mode during the wait?

HI,
As per me Wait step works at runtime and it wait for the time what ever you assign.
Then only it will continue processing. You can say it as idle time of BPM.
We have another way to delay the process. if wait step is creating any problem to you.
You can create a Dummy Step and then define a Deadline branch for that as per your requirement.

since the BPM maintains a state full message flow, ideally during the whole time the BPM is active, the resources will be utilized
Will wait to see if others have a different view.
