Hi,
I have just configured CRM bizpack with CRM 7. I am playing with a standard role such as Channel Manager.
Is there some basic RFC config I'm missing, becuase whenever I create a transaction, I'm getting the following error in the message bar:
RFC connection between CRM and portal is not correctly configured

The SSO from ABAP to JAVA was not working. This was determined from reading the error log in the SOAMANAGER tool.
Using the Tracer tool as per note 1045019 it transpired that the ABAP ticket was not being accepted by JAVA because the timestamps on the systems were out of synch by 20 mins!

Hi,
Please follow the below link to configure the CRM_EP_DEST.

OK,
Not quite solved.
I configured the RFC destination CRM_EP_DEST as per the documentation. Now in portal integrated webclient, the create iview is populated with quick create links e.g. Leads. If I select this it works fine.
But if I navigate to Sales Cycle Workcenter and select Create Leads I get the same error message.
Also, is highlighting meant to be working now. I cannot see anything highlighted.
