    Try this one:

    select

    T0.DocNum

    , T1.ItemCode

    , T1.Dscription

    , T3.IntrSerial

    , T0.CardCode

    , T0.CardName

    from

    dbo.ODLN T0 INNER join dbo.DLN1 T1 on T0.DocEntry = T1.Docentry

    INNER join dbo.SRI1 T2 on T2.BaseNum = T0.DocNum AND T2.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode

    INNER join dbo.OSRI T3 on T3.SysSerial = T2.SysSerial AND T3.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode

    where

    T1.ItemCode LIKE '[%0\]%' and T0.CardCode like '[%2\]'

    order by

    T0.CardCode

Yes, I forgot to mention that I need to see one list with the business partner to who the deliveries were made.

    any ideas please guys?

I have the following query, but for every transaction it is returning all the serial numbers in the db related to that item code:

    select
    			T0.DocNum
    , T1.ItemCode
    , T1.Dscription
    , T2.IntrSerial
    , T0.CardCode
    , T0.CardName

    from
    			ODLN T0 left outer join DLN1 T1 on T0.DocEntry = T1.Docentry
    					left outer join OSRI T2 on T2.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode

    where
    			T1.ItemCode = 'SCG000018' and T0.CardCode not like 'VFRC%'

    order by
    			T0.CardCode

One of the things you could change in your query is to use an INNER JOIN instead of LEFT JOIN which actually could improve filtering your results correctly. Also, you could try the query from the other member.
