Functional Location Cost Centre

Hi Experts,

I have changed the cost centre of functional location automatically equipment costcentre has been also changed.

Can you tell me how to avoid this.

Hi,

Kindly let me know why you want to have different cost center for the equipment and functional location of that equipment.

It is logically incorrect.Kindly clarify.

Hi Experts,

Actually there are some compressor in the plant which are taken care by some centerlize department.

So they want to enter their cost centre for these perticular equipments.Also in some area electrical and mecahnical havind different cost centre even the equipment of both team installed on same functional location.
