Hai!
1.Remove the files in %temp% folder.
2. Rename SAP Folder under Programm files > SAP as SAP_OLD
3. Now reinstall the SAP B1 Client.

Hi SV Reddy,
You Reinstall the SAP Client in client machine you do the following
1.Remove SAP B1 Client in ADD or Remove Programs through control panel.
2.Remove the SAP Releted folder are in client machine Ex : C:\Program Files\SAP\
3.Restart the Client machine
4.Install the SAP Client through B1_SHR folder
If same problem exists after follow the above steps then you copy the
folder C:\Program Files\SAP\ in Working client machine and paste the
folder in Not working client machine.

Hi,
This error occurs when the client setup process is trying to unpack the application file to a folder that contains Exe files that are currently running processes in the background.
Inorder to solve this issue follow this steps
1. Remove old B1 client from Add remove programs.
2. Check in the System tray (expand it if necessary) if UI is running.
If UI is running, right click on the icon and choose 'exit' from the menu.
3. Verify in the task manager that there aren't any processes related to B1 running, i.e. SAP Business One.exe or SAPbouiCOM.exe.
In case these processes are present, end them using the 'end process' button from task manager.
4. Run the Client Setup program.
Hope this is helpful.
