Dear experts,
We must print Vietnamese in our PO, so we use the cascading font device type SWINCF, and creat a print device VNLC copied from LOCL.
When we print the PO, every thing is ok. but when we choose 'External Send', it seems that the program do not use the print device VNLC. some Vietnamese characters display as u2018#u2019.
anyone who knows how to use cascading font device type SWINCF for mail, please tell me.
thanks very much!
We have solved this problem.
in Tcode: SCOT, Use "PDFUC" for PDF convertion device type.

I don't understand the relationship between a print device and a mail. Instead, could you check the encoding ("charset" if I remember well) used in the mail?
