Dear Exerts, I know how to automatically pull

- Distribution Channel
- Division
- Territory

upon sales quote creation (based on account and sales rep). But what about the "SALES UNIT". Can this also be determinded automatically?

Any hint would be appreciated. Regards,

You screenshot refers to the determination step 1 based on Responsibility "Sales Unit for Sales".

Step 5 Account's Sales Data should be avoided if you default the sales org and distribution channel, plus division via the triple selection. (Value help of Sales Organization shows all three values)

    Simply use step 20 .

Please check party schema in fine-tuning activity Sales Quotes - Involved Parties.

Select Determinations for party role Sales Unit.

If you derive the sales area based on the triple selection (account' s sales data and employee sales data), you can derive the sales unit from the org. assignment of the owner/employee responsible of the sales quote. You should in this case switch of determination step Account's sales data.

In standard you get an error message, if the sales unit does not match based on the org. tree to the sales organization. This message can be suppressed via fine-tuning activity - Message Severity.

    Hope this help.

    Kind regards,
