Damage & Cause Code in Notification

Hi All,

While TECO 'ing the maintenance order in IW32, I want to make the Damage and Cause Code fields mandatory. If I make these fields mandatory in customization, while entring the notification itself, I have to fill those fields which will not be known at that time. I din't get the proper user-exit. Can anybody help me.
