Error while opening the document

Dear Experts,

While attempting to view the document in CV03N , the following error message is shown by the system .

' RFC to program SAPFTP failed '

The document status was in checked status and was not released yet . The status in the secured storage area is locked . Is it because of the above statuses we are unable to view the document ? Please advice how to proceed.

check the RFC used for this in SM59.

Dear Ap,

The RFC destination used was SAPNET_RFC . When the connection test was done it is giving connection error messages. Please advice how to proceed.Now when I tried opening the document following message appears

Attempt to set up connection to 93.0.0.108 failed

Message no. 04201

Because your file server hasn't started the FTP service.
