Expat / Repat employee

hi Gurus,

Please help me with the below queries .

I have expat one emp form home qountry to host country on 20 Aug

The behaviour is home record is created with 21 Aug (Terminating action )

host record is created as 20 Aug ( Expt new assign )

After repat on 21 the behaviour is

the home record is created on 21 Aug (repat returning home ) and the host record is created on 22 Aug (Terminate IA assignment)

so in case of repat on 21 Aug he will get paid .

Is this a normal behaviour ?

Please pardon me if this appears to be a silly qustion as i am new to SAP HR.

Thanks in advance!!

    if he was

terminated in host country on 20

than hireing must happen on 21

Two actions where the employee status changes form active to inactive is happening here so cannot be done on the same day

    the system is right

in the host country u are terminating him so his status will become inactive and in the home he will become active
