Database error -444 at FET , SQL0444N Routine "DB6PMCF"

Hello Experts,

I have successfully installed a SCM5.1 server(SCM 2007)ABAP only system (DB2 v9.5 FP4 windows server 2008-x64 bit).

Kernel: 700 , Patch: 185 ; SP level : rel 700 , level 18

However i am getting the below mentioned errors continously in sm21 logs

1.Database error -444 at FET

Description:

After the attempt to call a database operation, the database system has

returned the error code specified in the message, which indicates that

the operation concerned could not be executed successfully.

2. SQL0444N Routine "DB6PMCF" (specific name "DB6PMCF")

Description:

Access to the database system has returned an SQL code indicating that

the operation could not be performed correctly by the database system.

This system log entry shows the database text for the SQL error that

has occurred. It supplements the preceding system log entry, which

shows the SQL code, the table name and the SQL function where the error

has occurred.

3. "Db6pmcf" which cannot be accessed. Reason code: "15"

Please advice as i am new with DB2 database and concerned about its implications on my system.

Thanks,

Rakesh

You may want to check the Notes

Note 978319 - DB6: Incorrectly cataloged table functions

Note 1124987 - DB6: Availability of administration functions

just wanted to mention, my OS is windows server 2003 x-64 bit and NOT windows server 2008 x-64 bit as incorrectly mentioned in my query.

Please help with the issue.

Thanks Anjali Sharma2. It was a permission issue at OS level. Note 978319 helped me locate the issue.
