replicate purchase requisition from R/3 to SRM-BID

H I

In my company the users create RFQ from p.req in R/3 (MM).

The p.req should be approve before the user can create the RFQ

some times after the user create the RFQ (in R/3) he decide that it suitable to manage the tender as a Live Auction .

Is it possible (and how) to replicate the p.req to SRM-BID(Live Auction) despite the fact that it approved and bound to RFQ in R/3

Thanks

Almog

Hi Almog,

understanding right, that you are using the RFQ function within SAP R/3 and somethings you would like to combine the RFQ with an Auction in SRM?

It could be a suitable solution to completely switch to Sourcing Support within SRM and do all the RFQing there. With the functionality of Procurement of External Requirements R/3 Requisitions can be pushed to SAP SRM and sourced there using Bidding and Auctioning.

Cheers,

Hi Claudia

Thanks for your answer , as you said we work in R/3 and sometime we will want to make the tendor as live auction

i do not think that we can leave the r/3 and do all the purchasing in srm-bid

Hi almog,

not talking to do all purchasing in SRM, only RFx / Auction.

Anyhow, you can use the scenario to move external requirements for sourcing. Here requirements are moved to SRM depending on product category to SRM for Sourcing, like Ganesh described. Implement the push mechanism with ECS SRM and requirements can be sourced via SRM. The tricky part is, that within SRM Server there is no Auction, only RFx. For auctioning you would need to implement LAC using auctioning with RFx. That's why the eSourcing xApps based on Frictionless Sourcing could also be an option for you.

Have look at the different solutions and check it out. Processwise the requirement is possible to support in different ways.

Cheers,

Hi Almong

On which version of SRM you are working?

In SRM7.0 a back end PR (ECC) can directly be converted to RFx in SRM by using a stndard Badi (BBP_EBPXML_OUT_BADI) and through eSOA services(RFQrequestSUITERequest/confirmation_out).

Hi,

Please follow the steps

1. Create a entry in the table in V_T160PR & V_T160EX in the SAP R/3 -ECC 6.0

After the PR is released in ECC 6.0

Use the Program in SE38 : BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER execute enter P.R no the P.R will be transferred to SRM

2. Go to SRM Portal. Go to Sourcing convert the P.R i into BID by entering the required data and publish the BID

3. After receiving the BID from the supplier say 1 (or) 2 . Process the bid .

4. Please check for the button LIVE AUCTION in the Bid ,before that inform to the Supplier (BIIDDER) about the LIVE AUCTION

DATE AND TIME .Press the LIVE AUCITON button ..

the bids are converted to the LIVE AUCTION

Hi Ganesh

1. We are not in ECC-6. is the process you described suitable for us ?

2. Is the process you mentioned include p.r that released and RFQ built with a referance to them??

Thanks

Hi,

Purchase Requisition transfer to SRM is standard function.

Please check Plan-Driven Procurement scenario.

SAP E-Sourcing is also one of option.
