C4C Quote replication to ERP Quote: Update Document Flow and Status back to C4C

Dear community,

We have the C4C to ERP Quote Replication scenario in scope and it seems that C4C (1808 version) cannot support some steps using the Standard Integration scenarios:

Please note that Integration with SAP ERP is done through HCI.

Can you please confirm whether the below are supported and if not, propose workarounds for scenarios 3 to 5?

1. Create C4C Quote (done)

2. Replicate C4C Quote to ERP Quote (done)

--> Achieved by "Sales Quote Replication to SAP Business Suite" communication arrangement.

3. Get the ERP Quote ID back to C4C Quote in the Document Flow Tab

--> communication arrangement "Sales Quote Replication to SAP Business Suite" do not support this

4. Update the Transfer Status of C4C Quote to Finished

5. Update the Life Cycle Status of the Quote to Completed

Hi Andreas,

If I understood right, you have a direct replication scenario (ERP quote is a copy of C4C quote and vice versa).

Is your requirement to display the ERP Quote within the Document Flow tab in C4C? If so, this is pretty standard. You also need to configure the replication of sales quotes back to c4c - CA: "Sales Quote Replication from SAP Business Suite" to bring the ERP Quote ID to C4C.

Also make sure that the Document Flow ""Business Document Flow Query from SAP Business Suite " communication arrangement is configured.
