Document management system

I want to attach a file in fi document.

for. ex. we have a loan agreement and we want display this loan agreement(scan copy) in fi document . similler this we have interst advice and we want to attch this interest advice( scan copy) to fi document.

can anybody guide me .

I try to this by t.code cv01n, but not getting appropriate result.

Please help

Hi,

Just go to FB02, give your FI document number, then click on System then Services for Object, then create your attachment.

Javed , i know this functionality but from this way every user have rights to see that uploaded document, change or delete. But i don't want to open my document for all user. I want to restrict it for specified user. i have found that may be document management system have such functionality.

1. Can anybody tell me how to configure this?

2. I am using CV01n for this upload but could not find any standard object for FI document linking. Can anybody tell me what standard object we can use for this upload? or how we use CV01n for document management system

3. In fb03 -> Environment -> Additional Assignment -> assign original, it shows me a pop up window with below message

"Would you like to store the original?

Document displayed for posting 7050"

if I select yes then it shows me another popup window with following field - Doc. type, object id, Doc. class, object type, archive id , archive doc. id.

I think we can use this for document upload but not get any standard object for this. Can anybody tell me where or which standard object we have to maintain for using the above functionality. or anyone use the above functionality.
