Component change authorisation - Production order

Hai,

Can i know how to restrict component change authorisation (bom components) during production order creation (co01) or change (co02) to only selected users

Write the code for autorising change only for particular user only.

Dear Sira,

Using Authorization control it's not possible to allow/disallow to modify the BOM component's at production order level.

Also try to use the suggestion given by Mr.Prasobh Karunakaran.

Sira,

To my knowledge creating a transaction variant using SHD0 and assigning it to the required group of users is the only possible option for your requirement.

Hi Sira,

You contact your Basis Consultant. There is one t-code SU01 for user maintenance, where you can do this settings, here there are

some objects which you have to specify for particular transaction (say CO01) for specific user. You asked your basis guy. he

must know how to find the objects and to assign them ( i think in T-Code SU21 Maintain authorization objects).

You can see this assign objects in SU22. Hope this will help you.
