License Problem

Dear All!

One of client facing a problem which comes out of license assignment.

The type of user is Limited CRM, but while generation of the license we got 2 type of CRM license (1 - CRM Sales user(standalone) & 2 -CRM Service user(standalone)).

Now we ve assigned the user both d licenses, yet wenever they open d application they encounter the error,

"you are not licensed to open form [139] invoice".For some reason, even though I have given a specific user a CRM License using the license administrator, none of the sales form will open

If I then give that user a professional license everything works fine

how to get rid of this??

I don't think you need to go through all detailed licensing documentation. In a simple answer, CRM license could not be used to open anything that is related to Financial function such as Invoices.

    Thanks,

    Gordon
