Trying to convert Crystal 10 reports to Crystal 2008 reports

Hi,

We just upgraded to BusinessObjects XI 3.1 from Crystal Enterprise 10.0 and have migrated the Crystal reports that were created using Crystal Reports 10. I was told to use the Report conversion tool to convert these reports into Crystal 2008 format so that they run on the new environment. I cannot see any of the reports when I go into this tool. I can see the folder structure.

When I access the server through the web, I can see all of the reports. So, I'm wondering if the conversion tool is expecting the reports to be in some other 'intermediate form' ?
