"Manual condition should be overwritten against condition record value"

Dear All,

I am stuck in a weird scenario, my client requirement is to overwrite the manual condition to condition record value. Scenario is, my company has contract with the vendor for the said materials which have a fix price and system is working perfectly fine in this case. but when some times in urgency, we have to order the same material by Air and it's price also to be changed from vendor as well. I have condition FRB1, which have "C" You can check it into screen shot as well

When i am going to create PO, system bring the auto conditions in PO. I have to distribute it to the line item equally but in this case it's add the manual price and condition record price in condition value, you can check the screen shot in this record

Now see after putting manual pricing in PO, system behavior should be to equally distribute the cost to line items but it add 10 Rs to the manually value 10 and make 20 in total which is wrong. Please guide me in this.

and Please see the line item condition which should be automatically distribute 5 each to line items but it distribute 10 which is wrong
