CTM demand Prioritization: Customer group 1 (KVGR1)

Hi,

This is pertaining to Demand prioritization in CTM using the parameter KVGR1 (Customer Group 1) which comes with the Sales Order from ECC.

I have populated the firld customer group 1 with values 001 & 002 for different Sales Order and set direction as Ascending.

But CTM prioritization is not respecting the logic.

Has anyone used KVGR1 as criteria and what are the settings to use this criteria.

Hi Sanjog,

I have tested the scenario you have mentioned and it is working.You need to maintain two sales order with similar data except Customer group VALUE. Then it will work,if SO dates are different and if you postion MBDAT in higher postion in sequence than KVGR1 then it will first consider MBDAT. Hence, for testing you can delete MBDAT and check.
