URL for forceLogoffUser not redirecting

Hello Experts,

I need your help with the following -

Problem: I am using the forceLogoffUser(req, res, "some redirect URL") method on the portal masthead to log off the user if their account is not valid on the backend. It successfully logs off the user, but the URL redirect is not taking them to my custom URL. It takes the user to the logon page.

Solution request: How can I take the user to my custom URL after successful log off.

Has anyone faced this problem and if so, how did you resolve this issue?

I am using EP 7.1.

Thanks.

Abu
