lot creation

Dear all

i recived 100 qty through migo movement type 101

at that time my quality is not activated , after reciving i activated quality for that material , in qa32 iam not getting lot because lot is not created , and not system is not allowing to cancel the gr i tryed , migo, mb1b, mb01

system is giving error message """"Change the inspection stock of material 10200/090 in QM only"""

in mm02 i activated 01 05 08 for that material

what what i have to do to cancel that gr r transfer that material from qty to un res so that again i can send back to quality at that time lot will be created

321 also same error

HI,

Rahui, i think as per your error masssage definately system has given a Insp. lot with insp. stock at QM actvtn with origin 0800 . pl check and revert.

Hi,

Deactivating the inspection types would help you to solve the issue.But as QM is activated now,i am not sure if the deactivation alone will help you to solve the problem.

I am not sure if the suggestion is correct.But i feel the material and accounting documents related to the goods receipt need to be cleared.Once this is done ,probably stock could be reversed and do the same.

Enter- material code

Check box - Activate inspite insp.stock

Insp type - 0800

Execute

U will get insp lot with 08 insp origen

Try to deactivate insp type then reverse the stoch to Quality stock

then do the steps which I sent before

Gajesh is right

You have to first deacivate the inspection type.

then try to cancel MIGO

now activate QM view inspection type.

But make sure in PO -->where tab Material should not be in Unrestricted.

As in MIGO all data flows from PO only.

It may haapen you have to modify PO.

Also if you try to put do MB1B -->322(not 321 which you have done) by activation 08 then lot of 08 will be created & not 101

This is as per my knowledge.

Deactivate all inspection type and cancel the GR. Then do the GR with activating all inspection type.

if once stock is posted in quality bin ,, in mm02 system is not allowing to deactivate the inspection type 01 (i have to activate any one of the inpection type )

if stock is removed i can deactivate r activate for the material ,

now what to do

i tryed qa08 it is not working there same error

i Think now the only solution left is QA08-->actiavte/deactivate despite of inspection stock

a lot of 0800 will be created-->in QA32 take UD

then do what you want to do
