SAP-HR WorkFlow

Hi Experts,

I'm Working in ABAP-HR,but in very short notice,i may be asked to work on SAP-HR Workflow.and i dont have any knowledge regarding workflows.

So i request you to please guide/advice me how to start,becuase it will be better for me as well as for my org also.
