SLM configure error

hi all,

we are trying to setup the SLM but we get a problem when we are trying to configure the SLM

also we get the message: SLM webservice is unavailable.

message:

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: The requested deployable object 'sap.com/tc_slmui_lup' and application 'LUP' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL for typos.

Exception id: [001AA0233921005A00000282000014440004718F56FB1A9E]

we can't find anything about LUP.

can anybody help us.

i had allready found this note but it doesn't help
