J2IUN - ERROR in FI Posting

Hello all,

I am getting an error " Error in FI posting 20090819 " in the J2IUN tcode. I tried to post monthly utilization for the month of February with posting date 28.02.2009.

THE FI period 2 is open for utilization but on debugging the program it is giving above error . system is showing that Posting allow only for the period 7 2009 and 8 2009 only . These are probably the MM periods.

Please suggest what needs to be done to correct the same.

Hi,

You need to open the MM periods thru MMPV.

Hi,

There seems to be an inconsistency in your periods in FI and MM.

Keep Open the same period in both FI and MM and that will solve your problem.

If I know your fiscal periods (starting and ending) I can probably help you in a better way.

try to use the excise invoice date from 01/02/2009 to 28/02/2009. and check
