SM04 has session with status 4

Hi experts,

There is a sutiation when I check DBA planning logs with DB13, the performance is very poor.

And then I check SM04, found that there is my session on SM04 with status 4, even I tried to log out the session, it is still there.

I also check its session ID (It is 56), but I can't find this session with database level.

Does anyone face the same problem before?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi Rohanravindra,

The hanging process is as connection type GUI.

Everytime I login system, there is a multi logging screen appears, but the session is still there even I choose end other sesstions in system.

This is the information you asked me.

Thank you in advance.

Does SAP note 678214 apply?

And by the way, what do you mean by 'status 4' ? There is no 'status' in my SM04.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for your response.

I checked notes 678214, and our kernla release is kernal 640 patch level 55.

In the note, it seems the kernal bug with release 46D or 620?

And you can check the status in SM04 by adding additional selection field.
