We are unable to connect to DB. Details below.

    If you enter "ORA-12154" in the search field in the right upper corner you'll get about 100 forum posts and a bunch of notes how you may resolve that issue, did you try that?

    Hi Damanaidu,

    Check this:

    - The TNSNAMES.ORA file exists and is in the proper place and accessible.

    - The service name exists in one of the TNSNAMES.ORA files and add it if necessary.

    - Started Oracle NET Configuration Assitant and Select TEST for the connection.
