I am getting the error:

000000001 An error occurred when synchronizing folder hierarchy for role : ZBW:CRYSTAL_REPORT (EAS 30001)

I am trying to publish BW reports to my BOE XI 3.1 system and I am getting the above error. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem?
