Hi,
We are in ECC 6.0 with EHP4. I was able to see PA forms in Portal Via HR Administrator.
But when i try to see OM Forms ( Hr Administrator -> Start Organization Process ) i am getting the
following message: *No Object is configured to start PD Process.*
Do i have to do any configuration to see PD process. Please advise me on this.
Thanks
VJ
Hi VJ,
This should not happen because you use the standard iView but you can recheck iView parameter - Organizational Structure Views.

Hi Visu and Vijay,
We also have the same issues. We get the same error.
Group of Organizational Structure Views Does Not Exist:
Check the Customizing for the Object and Data Provider .
We are EHP4 and Business package is 1.41. I don't see org structure iview parameter in iView.
I check the properties in IMG as Visu mentioned. There are there.
Any ideas .
Thanks in advance.

Mark

Hi,
We are in ECC 6.0 with EHP4. I configured to see OM Forms in Portal.
But when i start OM Process it shows option to select Object type (Job,Org Unit, Position) and the
next line is Employee Number for search Criteria. It suppose to be the object type which i selected from Dropdown list right?
Layout Like this:
Object type : |__________________| ( Dropdown list values : Org Unit, Job, Position )
Employee |____________________________| ( Input field for Search Criteria )
Start Button Advanced Search Button
For PA forms we can go thru Employee. But for OM forms also it shows Employee for search criteria.
Is there any config steps i am missing here?
In that case its taking Lead Object as Employee. It suppose to take Lead object as Org Unit or Position or Job.
Any input on this is highly appreciated !!

VJ
Hi VJ,
Recheck the configuration of define property of object type in the step that I have told you before. You can define the function to retrieve the information that you want.
For me I also get the information based on the object that I choose. O --> O, S > S, C>C. I did not get any P at all.
Please recheck the configuration.

Hi VJ,
It is in configuration under process configuration --> Set Up Processes --> Validity for Process Start --> Define Properties of Object Types. And you need to configure object type that you want to be selected in start organization process.
Good Luck,

HI VJ,
I am not sure you get the answer or not. But below is how to activate PD process to be shown.
You need to perform three things.
1. Define Properties of Object Types in IMG. I think you already did that but just recheck.
2. Define Authorization Method for Activities (PD Process) in IMG as well.
3. Add the start object type in the your PD Process.
With above three step, PD process will be shown in Start Organization Proces.
Hope this help,
Visut
