My instance in SAPMMC unable to start

I have install SAP ERP 6.0 and my system gone shutdown. when I opened my system then the instance did not start in the SAPMMC. One instance is also missing.

SAPSID_97 is running, but SAPSID_00 is stopped.

Instead of updating the question it would be better to comment on my answer.

Did you try to start the service? If yes, did you get any error?

Which is the Central Services instance and which is the Application Server?

Finally, please provide the sapstartsrv log files.

Please check if the Windows service is started for both instances.

The name should be: SAP<SID>_<InstanceNumber>, for example SAPPRD_00

If both services are up, restart the SAPMMC.
