Drag and Relate Not working in SAP B1 2005B PL43

Hi Experts

After installing Add-On suddenly the Drag and relate feature is not working.I receive the below error message.

'No Matching records found "(SDRO) (ODBC - 2028) Message 131-183

But When I backp the same database and use the same ADD-ON , drag and relate works in my LAPTOP,

Its not working in my customers server and client pcs in customer place.

Hi Vinod,

Usually this has to do with the collation settings on the SQL server, which also sounds to be the case here as it works on your laptop.

Hi, we are having issues with add ons and I am thinking that the problem could be SQL Collation. My installation is under Latin1_General_CI_AS. For US localization it works fine, but in some installations, specially in Latinamerica we have issues with decimals.
