Sales order change on partial confiramtion of item

Dear Expert ,

Would you kindly advice on below requirment.

I am looking to have program which will check orders which are due for delivery next day and do the following changes in sales order.

1) Don't change the line item which are fully confimed.

2) Line items which are partial confirmed , changes order qty to confirmed qty.

3) Delete line items which are having confimed qty 0.

I believe i need to find backorders where delivery date is next date first.

You need to consider two transactions V_V2 and VL10* in one job and also code validation to suit your requirement.
