EAM_TASKLIST_CREATE - termination with a Short Dump

I'm trying to load general task list data with EAM_TASKLIST_CREATE via BODS.

To start with when loading just Header data, below error is encountered:

CallReceive error <Function BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT:RFC_ABAP_MESSAGE, SY-MSGTY: X, SY-MSGID: 00, SY-MSGNO: 341, SY-MSGV1:771213812R3C-15041211/17/2016 7:35:22 AMMESSAGE_TYPE_X)- The current application has triggered a termination with a short dump.>.

Interestingly, I have not called any other BAPI functions (Tasklist_Post and Transaction_Commit) in the data flow.

Any suggestions ?

There is some mandatory data which is missing or you are not passing the data properly. That is why it is giving MESSAGE_TYPE_X error with short dump.

You can debug and check where data is missing in the target system, which will be returned in ET_RETURN
